Your media kit
Everything you entered in the sheets, your setup and the chapters you marked done, in one place. Export it as a file you keep, import it on another device, or print the whole kit.
Four sets of sheets are essential on a first pass: the interview request, the message sheet, the practice answers and the interview log. The rest (setup checklists, uncertainty statement and statements and conditions) can wait until a chapter asks for them. Keep a home address, a private phone number and anything about a child out of the media kit, because you may share the file.
Browser storage is convenient and fragile. It is cleared when you clear site data, is empty in private browsing, is not shared between browsers or devices, and can be lost to browser updates or storage limits. Export a copy whenever you have entered something you would hate to lose, and print the sheets you rely on.
What is in your media kit
Printable media kit
A read-only rendering of every sheet, in contents order, for printing or reading through. Edit each sheet on its own page. Empty sheets are skipped.
The media kit records your plans, your notes of what others told you, and your decisions. It is not legal advice, a record an outlet will honor, or a certification. Where a sheet records what a reporter, an employer or an agency told you, the record is yours; the answer is theirs.
